SALARY: Class 6 – from $51,173 to $78,728 / year - We recognize years of experience directly related to the position for salary placement.
SCHEDULE: 33.75 hours per week, rotating shifts

You will receive and process urgent calls from the public in a way that ensures appropriate interventions are carried out to ensure the safety of the population of the third largest city in Quebec. You will operate a computer system to receive and transmit various messages. You will route information, messages, and directives to the relevant Service units or organizations.
- Hold a high school diploma (DES) or a college studies certificate (AEC) as a Dispatcher in an emergency call center (asset);
- Have two (2) years of experience in a communications center (9-1-1, airport, alarm company, etc.), a call center, or in another relevant field;
- Be available to work rotating shifts during the day, evening, night, and weekends throughout the year;
- Have no criminal record related to the job;
- Very good command of French and English (written and spoken);
- Comfortable with computer tools and data entry.
