Salary: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: 35 hours/week – Hybrid mode after the training period (flexible to work varying shifts in a 24-hour, seven day-a-week)
Location: Stellarton - Nova Scotia
Our client, a company operating in the distribution sector, is looking for a Customer Service Agent and Technical Support. This is a long-term temporary position to be filled as soon as possible. The offices are located in Stellarton - Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities:

Respond to store calls and electronic work orders requesting maintenance and repair services, and initiate service requests with appropriate service contractors based on the severity of the issue and response action required;

Process orders and ensure data entry and follow-up;
-
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues;
-
Provide support to users of online services;
-
Act as a liaison between internal and external partners;
-
Make recommendations to address problems and improve the level of service the Maintenance Solution Centre provides to stores
-
Perform other related duties.
Requirements:
-
DEC in administration or any other relevant academic training;
-
Professional designation in any of the following: Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or in a call centre environment (an asset);

2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role Ideally in a retail environment;

Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written*;

Strong knowledge of Excel;
