Job Summary

Do you enjoy communicating with clients, managing follow-ups, and directly contributing to a company's success?

Our client is looking for a BDC Service Agent to proactively manage communications with the service department's clients: scheduling appointments, follow-up maintenance, loyalty campaigns, and processing requests from various digital platforms. This person directly contributes to customer retention, increased workshop traffic, and an excellent customer experience. Your main responsibilities: Receive, schedule, and confirm service appointments from phone, website, and social media. Follow up on maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer loyalty and reactivation campaigns. Respond promptly to requests received on various digital platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, Google, email, text message). Update the CRM and Document customer interactions. Conduct post-service satisfaction follow-ups and escalate special situations to the service manager.

Desired Profile

Training in secretarial studies, administration, sales, or customer service (an asset).
Customer service experience.
Call center or appointment-setting experience (an asset).
Experience in the automotive industry (a major asset).
Superior verbal and written communication skills, comfortable on the phone.
Basic to intermediate English.
Proficiency with digital tools, social media, and a CRM.

Conditions Offered

Salary of 20 $/hour.
40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Performance bonus available.
Training and support provided upon hiring.
